77pak FAQ – Everything You Need to Know

No. Each person is permitted one account only. Opening duplicate accounts is a violation of the Terms and Conditions and will result in all accounts being suspended. If you've forgotten access to an old account, contact support before creating a new one — they can help you recover it.

If you no longer have access to your registered contact details, reach out to support directly with your account information.

Changes to contact details require identity verification for security reasons. Log in to your account, go to account settings and follow the contact update process. You'll receive an OTP on your current registered number to authorise the change. If you no longer have access to the old number, contact support with your CNIC details.

JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are credited within a few minutes in most cases. Raast transfers are typically credited within 15 minutes. Bank transfers can take between one and two hours. If your deposit hasn't appeared after the expected time, check your transaction history and contact support with the transaction reference number.

77pak does not charge a fee on deposits from our side. However, your mobile wallet or bank may apply their own service charges for outgoing transfers — check with your payment provider if you're unsure. These are third-party charges and are not controlled by 77pak.

Most withdrawal requests are processed within a few hours of submission. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically the fastest. Bank transfers may take up to one business day. If your account has a pending verification request, withdrawals may be held until identity verification is completed. You can track the status of your withdrawal in your account transaction history.

Common reasons include pending identity verification, an active bonus with unmet wagering requirements, or an incomplete withdrawal request. Log in and check your account notifications for any outstanding actions. If everything looks clear on your end and the withdrawal is still delayed beyond the expected time, contact support with your withdrawal request ID.

If a match is officially abandoned without a result before the required number of overs are bowled, bets are typically voided and stakes are returned to your account balance. If a match was reduced in overs but completed to a result under D/L method or a shortened format, the result stands and bets are settled accordingly. Yes. 77pak offers in-play (live) betting on PSL matches, T20 internationals and other supported cricket events. Odds update in real time as the match progresses. You must be logged in with a funded account to place live bets. Go to the Bet page and look for the "Live" section when a match is in progress.

Fish games are skill-based shooting games where you aim and fire at fish moving across the screen. Different fish have different point values and odds of being caught. You spend a small amount from your balance per shot, and when you catch a fish, your balance is credited with the payout for that fish. Visit the Fish Games page to see available titles.

A wagering requirement means you need to bet a certain multiple of the bonus amount before the bonus funds can be withdrawn as cash. For example, if you receive a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement, you need to place a total of PKR 10,000 in bets before that bonus becomes withdrawable. Yes. Each promotion has an expiry period — usually between 7 and 30 days from the date the bonus is credited, depending on the offer.
