These terms govern your use of the 77pak platform. Please read them carefully before registering. By creating an account you confirm you have read and agree to these terms.
You must be 18 or older to register and use 77pak. Age verification may be requested at any time. Underage accounts will be closed and balances refunded.
Each player may hold only one 77pak account. Duplicate accounts are not permitted and may result in balances being forfeited and both accounts being closed.
All deposits, balances and withdrawals on 77pak operate in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast and bank transfers are the supported deposit methods.
Bonuses come with wagering requirements that must be met before the bonus balance converts to withdrawable funds. Requirements vary per promotion — check each offer page.
Abuse of promotions, use of automated tools, collusion in betting and any attempt to exploit platform errors are prohibited and will result in account suspension.
Deposit limits, session timers and self-exclusion tools are available inside your account. 77pak is entertainment for adults — never bet more than you can comfortably afford to lose.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "you") and 77pak ("the Platform," "we," "us"). By registering an account, logging in, making a deposit or using any service on 77pak, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in full.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the platform. These Terms apply to all products offered on 77pak including sports betting, slots, fish games, promotions and the mobile app.

By creating an account you confirm you are 18 years of age or older and that you are registering voluntarily for entertainment purposes. 77pak does not guarantee winnings and gaming outcomes are subject to chance.
To open and use a 77pak account you must meet all of the following conditions:
77pak reserves the right to request identity verification at registration or at any point during your use of the platform. If you are unable or unwilling to provide verification documents when requested, the platform may restrict withdrawals or close your account.
Each player is permitted to hold one account only. If we detect multiple accounts registered to the same person — whether identified by name, contact number, device, payment method or IP address — all accounts may be suspended and any funds in duplicate accounts may be forfeited.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your password with anyone. 77pak support staff will never ask for your password. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support immediately.
The information you provide during registration must be accurate and current. You are responsible for updating your account if your contact details change. 77pak may contact you via the mobile number or email address registered on your account for verification, support and notification purposes.
Enable biometric login and set a strong unique password for your 77pak account. Do not use the same password you use for JazzCash, Easypaisa or your mobile banking app. We are not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to secure your credentials.
All transactions on 77pak are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform does not support foreign currency deposits and you should not attempt to deposit in any currency other than PKR.
Supported deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast instant transfer, bank transfer and debit or credit cards. The minimum deposit is PKR 500. There is no maximum single deposit limit set by the platform, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction limits.
77pak does not charge deposit fees. Your payment provider may charge their own transaction fees independently of the platform — this is outside our control.
Withdrawal requests can be submitted from your account dashboard. Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. If that method is unavailable, support will assist with an alternative.
The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 1,000. Before a withdrawal is approved, any active wagering requirements on bonus funds must be completed. Real-money deposits that have not been subject to a bonus offer can be withdrawn at any time subject to identity verification.
To avoid delays, ensure your account name matches the name registered on your JazzCash or Easypaisa wallet. Mismatched names will cause the withdrawal to be held for manual review.
All bets placed on 77pak are subject to the specific rules of each sport and market. For cricket — including Pakistan T20 internationals, Pakistan Super League (PSL) fixtures, ODIs and Test matches — bets are settled according to the official result as declared by the relevant cricket board or tournament authority.
For PSL and T20 markets specifically, the match must reach a minimum number of overs for most markets to be settled. The specific over threshold for each market is shown in the market description within the betting interface.
77pak offers welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback offers and seasonal promotions. Each promotion has its own specific terms which are displayed on the Promotions page. The terms below apply to all bonuses unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
Systematic exploitation of promotional offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim welcome offers, hedging bonus bets or colluding with other players — is strictly prohibited. Accounts found to be abusing bonus terms will be suspended and bonus funds forfeited.
The 77pak platform provides access to sports betting, online slots, fish games and related gaming products. All games on the platform use certified random number generator (RNG) technology. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are displayed within each slot game.
The platform is available via mobile browser, desktop browser and the 77pak Android app. We aim for 99.5% platform uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. During periods of scheduled maintenance or unexpected downtime, bets cannot be placed and deposits cannot be processed. We are not liable for losses arising from planned or unplanned outages.
If a technical fault causes a game to malfunction or display an incorrect outcome, the relevant round will be voided and stakes returned. Wins generated during a demonstrably malfunctioning game session are not valid and will not be honoured.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on 77pak. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balance:
77pak reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the event of suspected breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or where required to comply with our internal risk management policies.
Where an account is closed for breach of Terms, any balance derived from bonus funds or fraudulent activity may be forfeited. Genuine real-money deposits that cannot be linked to prohibited activity will be returned to the original payment method after investigation.
You may close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting support. If you are closing your account for responsible gaming reasons — for example because you feel you are playing too much — our team will process the closure without any attempt to retain you as a customer.
Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By registering an account you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information as described in that document.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Your data is used for account management, payment processing, identity verification, fraud prevention and communications relating to your account. Marketing communications can be opted out of at any time from your account notification settings.
77pak is committed to responsible gaming. The platform is entertainment for adults. If your gaming activity is causing you financial, personal or psychological harm, you should use the self-management tools available in your account or contact our support team.

Never bet money you cannot afford to lose. Gaming should be recreational and fun. If it stops feeling that way, step back. The platform will not contact you to encourage continued play if you have requested reduced contact or self-exclusion.
77pak provides the platform on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted, the platform is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including losses resulting from platform downtime, game malfunctions, failed transactions or decisions made based on platform content.
The platform is not responsible for losses arising from your failure to secure your account credentials or from your providing incorrect payment details. You use the platform at your own risk and in full awareness that gaming involves the possibility of financial loss.
77pak may update these Terms from time to time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via the contact details on their account and update the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the platform after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
If you do not agree to updated Terms you must stop using the platform and contact support to close your account. Any bets already placed at the time of a Terms update remain subject to the Terms in force when those bets were placed.
